Abstract
This research is based on the analysis of access to justice for women with disabilities who are victims of domestic violence in Brazil, from a feminist and intersectional perspective and within the biopsychosocial model. The study arises from the empirical finding that women and girls with disabilities face overlapping systems of oppression and discrimination, which produce greater vulnerability, invisibility, and systemic barriers to the access and exercise of rights.
