Abstract
This research examines access to justice for women with disabilities who are victims of domestic violence in Brazil from a feminist and intersectional perspective, employing the biopsychosocial model. It stems from empirical findings and cases brought before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights demonstrating that women and girls with disabilities face overlapping systems of oppression and discrimination, which result in heightened vulnerability, invisibility, and systemic barriers to accessing and exercising their rights.
